Refunds & Returns
Our customer service department must be contacted before any return is made to obtain the necessary returns reference.
Can I return items?
Yes, if for any reason, you no longer require your goods we will offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the item is returned to us in its original condition and packaging. Alternatively, we can arrange for our couriers to collect from you. A charge of €10.00 may be applied.
My goods are damaged
If the package looks damaged in any way you can refuse the delivery or sign for it unexamined.
Extended 60 day returns period
Due to circumstances we will accept unopened and unused items back for a full refund up to 60 days after purchase. Standard returns policy applies to all other returns. Follow our regular guidelines for opened, used and faulty products respectively as described below.
